Message of Wishes from the President of OMSAC, Mourad Mazar, on the Occasion of the Historic Commemoration of November 1, 1954, in Algeria

On the occasion of this historic day of November 1st, I address the Algerian people, the state, and especially our President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, as well as all the civil and military institutions of our great nation. This day is not just about reigniting the flame of the struggle for freedom; it also symbolizes the legacy of unwavering solidarity and total commitment to justice—values that transcend generations and are embodied by the vision and leadership of our President.

As a child of independence, born under the banner of a free Algeria in July 1962, I share with my fellow citizens the honor of keeping alive the values of our elders and maintaining the flame of November in every Algerian heart.

Through my role as President of the World Organization for Anti-Corruption and Crime (OMSAC), my commitment goes beyond borders to defend integrity, peace, and human rights worldwide. My fight for a fairer global society, free from corruption and crime, remains deeply rooted in the same quest for justice that characterizes Algeria's history.

Here, I would like to reiterate my call for national unity, urging the Algerian people to rally alongside President Abdelmadjid Tebboune and the military and security institutions, which are the proud guardians of our sovereignty and stability.

Message of Peace to the World:

I take this opportunity to send a message of peace to the entire world. Let everyone know that, although my love for my country is a cornerstone of my life, my actions are intended to be universal and deeply humanitarian. I dedicate my efforts to fighting injustices, supporting the values of human dignity and equality.

Every country deserves to live in prosperity, freed from the chains of corruption and violence. Beyond all borders, OMSAC embodies an ideal of cooperation among nations to build a safe and equitable future for all. It is in this spirit that I ensure that, in every OMSAC initiative, the values of peace, transparency, and respect for human rights remain at the core of our actions.

Like any leader of a global or international organization, it is both my right and my duty to share both the joys and the sorrows of my country, emphasizing that this solidarity extends far beyond my personal attachment, reaching all peoples aspiring for justice and peace.

May this November 1st serve as a reminder for all of us of our duty toward our respective nations and toward a world united in peace and human dignity.

Mourad Mazar
